Q: What size are the bars?
A: Our bars measure approx. 1 metre deep x 1.8 metres or 3.2 metres.
Q: What size bar will I need?
A: For up to 150 guests we suggest the 1.8 metre bar
Q: How much space is needed for the bar area?
A: We ideally require 4 meters behind the bar for stock and working space.
Q: How many staff do you provide?
A: For up to 150 guests we provide 2 staff.
Q: How long does it take you to set up the bar?
A: We ask for at least 2 hours to set up the bar and usually an hour to take it down at the end of the night.
Q: Do you require power and water?
A: Yes we will require access to a standard 13amp socket to run our extension lead from to power 3 items per bar. Access to water is not essential but preferable.
Q: What bar drinksware do you provide for free?
A: Our wine, champagne and cocktail drinksware will be glass and our tumblers and pint drinksware will be biodegradable plastic. An option to replace the plastic with glassware is available at £1.20 per head.
Q: Is your plastic drinksware reusable or throw away?
A: We have recently switched to using biodegradable drinksware, which is made from plant starch, but looks just like high quality plastic.
Q: Do you use plastic straws?
A: No, we have recently switched to biodegradable straws.
Q: Do you provide free jugs of tap water on the bar?
A: Yes, where running water is available.
Q: What is your house wine for the wedding package?
A: San Andres Merlot (Chile) and San Andres Sauvignon Blanc (Chile).
Q: Can we provide our own alcohol for the welcome, toasting drinks and tables?
A: Yes you can and we are happy to serve this, however an additional £200 will be added to the minimum spend. Glassware is not included in this price.
Q: Do you accept card or cash only?
A: As long as we have access to 3G, 4G or WIFI we can accept card. Otherwise it is cash only.
Q: How do I reserve a bar?
A: Simply email us with your requirements and we will send you a booking confirmation with details of how to pay the £100 deposit to secure your booking.
